Shipping & Delivery Policy

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post services only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 0–7 working days or as per the delivery timeline agreed upon during order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company and postal service norms.

RP Printers is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier companies, transport agencies, or postal authorities. We only guarantee to dispatch and hand over the consignment to the courier partner or postal authorities within the committed timeframe from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Delivery confirmation and order-related communication will be shared via the registered email address or contact details provided by the customer.
While we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of all products, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.
